Everything from check in to check out was smooth and easy. Room was good, looked clean and hygienic. Washrooms were nice though the Auto off seemed strange and the key holder was very loose due to which power was fluctuating. Room 102, AC Premium. the restaurant food taste wise was great but felt they must increase quantity for the price offered.

This was my second stay at Srikamal, first was about 18yrs back when I visited with my family. It is a family owned n run business and they are always reachable for any concerns/requests, big or small. We got our stay package tailored to our needs as we had trains at odd hours and the management adjusted us as per that. We took the executive room so attaching pictures of the same. Pros: Property: Newly renovated with good upholstery and lining. Well maintained rooms with silent surrounding locality. Location: Walkable from the Solapur railway station within 10mins. Located at a cross-road so gets easier to find a ride to local destinations. Food: We tried the paid ala-carte breakfast at their in-house restaurant and it tasted great. Other: Owner Mr.Rahul responded very proactively to our requests even at early hours and is very keen to provide great stay experience. We suggest you book directly through him and he shall give you a good deal with all required details. Cons: The hotel has 3 floors but no lift. So in case you arrive in early hours where there is nobody to help with your baggage, it could get really tiring. Same applies to families travelling with elders.

They said they have done some renovations for some of the rooms and ofcourse look &feel of the them was great considering the cost. But they have some serious issues with the infra like leaking washbasin, not working set-top boxes(it seems, they recharge it every day). And no lifts available!! It's a 3 storeyed building. Also it's a one man army from reception till their restaurant's captain... So your reception calls may not be picked up every time!! They do serve complimentary breakfast but takes time in delivering , again just one chef available. Overall ok if looking for affordable rooms...

It has been pathetic experience with this hotel. It is not at all worth of it. Further, I would like to seek clarify from ClearTrip how can you rope in a hotel which has no cctv in the corridors? Can I consider that cleartrip is least bothered about its patron's safety? Are you mere an aggregator? Dont you have set of guidelines before you list hotels in your website? This has been the worst stay of my life.. first the room was full of ants and then cockroaches. The ridiculous part of the story is when we informed them about cockroaches the staff came with broom...

Hotel Srikamal has been my choice everytime i have visited Solapur. The rooms are well equipped although the paint on some walls has worn off which gives them a dull look. The staff is well behaved and always prompt in their service. With the AC accommodation they even provide a complimentary breakfast which is a nice touch owing to a small town hotel. Overall this place is great for an overnight stopover during pilgrimage as Solapur is a transit hub. Highly recommended owing to low prices and decent accommodation.
